How Many People Will Clean My Home?
We typically clean in teams of 2 or 3, depending on the schedule for the day. In addition, you may also see our Residential Cleaning Manager working with the team to double-check quality and consistency. Top^
Will I Always Have The Same Team?
While we always try to schedule the same team of Home Cleaning Specialists, you may occasionally see a new face. Situations like a schedule change, team member illness, vacation, or new team member training may make it necessary for us to send a substitution. However, we always do our best to send at least one team member to your home that is familiar with your particular cleaning needs. Top^
Can I Trust Your Team?
We take great care in selecting people to join our team. Every member of our team is subject to a professional, pre-employment background check. In addition, we investigate the driving history of every member of our team as an additional measure of their level of responsibility. Top^
Do I Need To Provide Cleaning Supplies and/or Equipment?
Our team will arrive with all of the supplies needed to thoroughly clean your home. Unfortunately, due to OSHA regulations regarding labeling and content documentation, we are unable to use your cleaning chemicals. However, if you would prefer that we use your vacuum, we will be happy to accommodate that request. Top^
What If I Am Unhappy With The Cleaning?
Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we stand behind the quality of our service. If you are unhappy for any reason at all, please contact our office within 24-hours of your cleaning and we will gladly return the next business day to make it right. In addition, we will solicit your feedback from time to time through surveys, follow-up calls and in-home visits. Top^
Do I Need To Be Home While You Clean?
It is not necessary for you to be home while we clean. In fact, the majority of our clients prefer to provide us with a key for access. If you choose to provide a key, we utilize a “double-blind” system to insure the safety and security of your home. Your key will remain locked in our office until the day of your cleaning and will then will be issued to the cleaning team by a member of our management team. At the end of the day, the team will return your key to the office and it will be placed in our key locker until your next scheduled cleaning. Top^
Do I Need To Prepare Before You Clean?
In order to provide you with the best value, we ask that you take some time to pick up extra clothing, toys and other household items prior to our visit. Top^
What About My Pets?
Because pets can be unpredictable, we ask that you keep them secured during the cleaning of your home. Please note, our Cleaning Specialists cannot clean up pet waste. Top^
How Do I Pay For The Cleaning?
Payment is due at the time of the cleaning. Simply leave a check, made payable to “Absolute Cleaning”, on your kitchen counter for our team to collect. They will leave a receipt showing the amount paid, check number, and any special cleaning projects completed during their visit. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please call our office prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment to make arrangements. Top^
What If I Forget To Leave Payment?
We certainly understand that occasionally a client may forget to leave their payment. Simply mail a check to our office or give us a call to make a payment by credit card. If payment is not received after 5 business days, we will invoice you for the cleaning, including a $10.00 service fee to cover administrative and postage fees. Top^
What If Something Is Damaged or Broken?
Our Home Cleaning Specialists will exercise great care while cleaning your home. However, should something become damaged or broken, we will make every effort to either repair or replace the item. It is our company policy that our teams report any damage as soon as possible so that we can coordinate a claim through our insurance company. Top^
How Will I Know When You Are Coming To Clean?
Your cleaning appointment will be scheduled on a day that is convenient for you. You will always be cleaned on that same day based on the frequency of your service. Due to the nature of cleaning, it is not possible for us to provide an exact appointment time. However, we will do our best to provide you with an estimated arrival window for your information. Top^
